The Return

…so it’s been a bit.

Or longer than a bit.

Probably the longest break I’ve taken in a while. Like, two months. Wow.

I’m chalking it up to three main things. One was throwing myself into my new hobby of writing fanfiction and letting that take over for a bit. Another was an avoidance of Instagram, which took away that motivation factor of wanting to get something posted, as sad as that is. And the last was just sheer laziness. Just being tired and not wanting to draw.

Also just went through a moment of website glitching that was…not fun at all. I think I fixed it for now, but that did lead to a spiraling moment where I was like, maybe I should get rid of the site entirely and start over again.

But things seem stable. And I’m trying to ease back into drawing. So, we’ll see! As of now, I am back. Things are staying where they are. And, yeah.

Let’s get back to drawing walruses.
